CLOUD APPLICATION SOFTWARE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. MIDP-SA Vision
The MIDP-SA Vision is to enhance and sustain the positive Legacy of Muslim Non Profit, Public Benefit and Charitable Institutions in serving humanity.

B. MIDP-SA Mission
Its mission is to establish, advocate, and manage the process of strengthening and promoting the Educational, Environmental, Health Care, Humanitarian, Sustainable Development and Welfare projects of Muslim Charitable, Non Profit (NPO), Public Benefit Organisations (PBO) and the collaboration between the Institutions via cloud based application.

C. MIDP-SA Goal
Its goal is to advocate, establish, strengthen and promote alliances and networks amongst Muslim Charitable, Non Profit (NPO) and Public Benefit Organisations (PBO) in South Africa by establishing community integrated sustainable development ward, area, municipal, regional, provincial and national based plans and budgets via the Cloud based application.

D. MIDP-SA belongs to the Ummah
Users need to understand that no single Muslim Institution can own the MIDP-SA, as it is the United effort and work and belongs to the Ummah. It provides strategic reports for the Muslim Ummah. The MIDP-SA is not an umbrella body or membership Institution but a Supportive Sadaqa Jaariya Structure that enhances and sustains the positive Legacy of Muslims in serving humanity. All Muslim Institutions only use, contribute and share information on the MIDP-SA. They shall remain independent and continue to operate autonomously.

E. The Cloud Based Application Software
The Cloud based application software is the property of Humanitarian Development Alliance SA (HUDA-SA) which is a tool that is utilised to administer and maintain the vision and mission of the MIDP-SA. It gives the MIDP-SA permission to use the software.

F. MIDP-SA Muslim Institution Council
One Unity One Ummah – Many Unities Many Divides
Muslim Institutions with similar visions, missions and goals like the MIDP-SA are part of the MIDP-SA Muslim Institution Council. Together we continue to honour the legacy of the founders of our Muslim institutions. The MIDP-SA is managed by the council members and administered by HUDA-SA.

G. Commitment to the Vision, Mission, Goal
All Users and Muslim institutions who use or contribute to the MIDP-SA commit to the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives whilst using the MIDP-SA Cloud Application system.

H. Laws of South Africa
All Users and Muslim Institutions who use, contribute and share information on the MIDP-SA will work within the ambit of laws as governed by the South African Laws and Statutory Institutions.

I. All Users and Institutions

shall remain independent and will continue to operate autonomously.
All Users and Muslim Institutions only share information and use the MIDP-SA project management tools, databases, reports and systems. So the MIDP-SA is a Networking and Supportive Sadaqa Jaariya Structure that strengthens the work and collaboration between Muslim Institutions. It is imperative to mention that the Institutions are responsible for their own actions, projects and work and they remain independent and continue to operate autonomously. No User or Institution can be held responsible or accountable for the actions, work or projects of the other institutions.

J. Confidentiality – all Users
All users will keep the information related to the MIDP-SA Application software confidential.

The general user will only use the Application Software to access information on the work of Muslim Institutions in serving humanity and are bound by the confidential policies of the MIDP-SA which can be found on the publicly accessible website https://www.midp.co.za

All Muslim Institutions will appoint members of their respective institutions to access and become users of the MIDP-SA. So they will register on the MIDP-SA Cloud Application and complete their respective profiles with their personal information, username, passwords and name of their organisation. They will only be able to access information and reports of their organisation and the MIDP-SA reports i.e. they will use the software as per the mandate given to them by their institutions. They are bound by the confidentiality policies of the MIDP-SA and their respective institutions. Therefore, all information will be kept confidential.

The members of the MIDP Council will keep the information related to the MIDP-SA confidential. They will only use MIDP-SA Application software as per their functions as council members and are bound by the confidentiality policies of the MIDP-SA and their respective Institutions.

The Humanitarian Development Alliance SA (HUDA-SA) members and consultants involved in the maintenance, development and evaluation of the MIDP-SA Application software agree to keep the information related to the MIDP-SA confidential. They will only use MIDP-SA Application software as per their job descriptions / contractor agreements and are bound by the confidential policies of the Humanitarian Development Alliance SA (HUDA-SA) and MIDP-SA.

No user can use the information on the MIDP-SA for personal use or discriminate or negatively on any individual or institution.

K. MIDP-SA Promotes all Muslim Institutions
The MIDP-SA promotes all Muslim Institutions within the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaah as they continue the positive legacy of serving humanity.
